what is the purpose of form-3ca & 3cd... its urgent plz ans quickly

Form 3CA is a format of audit report under section 44AB of the Income tax Act,1961. Whereas Form 3CD is another format of statement of particulars to be furnished under the said section and to be attached with the former form.
