09 March 2010 Dear friends,

Mr. A is Mafg. from Mumbai & Mr.B is Exporter from Mumbai. B purchase material from A & directly Export the same.

Under this transaction for Excise purpose Mr.B issue Form CT-1.

My quarry is What about Local Tax ?

Kindly give me the details for Invoicing to Mr.B.

10 March 2010 you have to obtain form H along with B/L copy from party.

13 March 2010 no problem at all, Form H is exist for getting relaxation in sale tax, if he is not providing H form charge him full tax.it will be considered as local sale in term of sales tax.
