Hi,
What is the procedure for obtaining form C under the Sales Tax Act, for a company in Delhi.

Sonika,
For obtaining C form, what is require is:-
1. Get your self regstered under CST Act 1956 u/s. 7(2) of the Act.
2. Get the certificate of registration (Please confirm that whether class or classes of goods you are goint to purchase agt C form are included therein or not)
3. File one applicatin for issuance of C form to the prescribed authority.
For obtaining C form, what is require is:-
