what are the conditions under which you become liable to form 704.

Every dealer liable to pay tax shall,—
(a) if his turnover of sales or, as the case may be, of purchases cases, exceed or exceeds rupees forty lakh in any year, or
(b) if he is a dealer or person who holds liquor license
get accounts audited by CA. and submit e-704 before 31/01 as per MVAT Act.
