11 September 2010 When a company makes a payment to a contractor, is there any form which a contractor needs to issue to that company???

11 September 2010 As per value added tax, the contractor has to submit certain forms to the Company (awarder) for compliance with the said act. The name of the forms (generally alpha numeric) and the periodicity may vary from state to state VAT laws.
