18 March 2010 Sir, who is required to file form 32 company or individual??????
My company is asking me to pay fees for filing of form 32 is it wrong as far as i kn company has to pay for it. Kindly guide me.

18 March 2010 It is the responsibility of the COMPANY to file form 32. Section 303(2),as you know,says so.

18 March 2010 thanks for guiding i dont knw what wrong with my company as all expenses like digital signature and form 32 filing they have asked me. As all these expenses are to be borne by the company........

18 March 2010 Agree with Sir. Contention of company is absolutely wrong. But be careful while dealing with co. officials regarding this issue.
