In case of increase the remuneration of WTD of public company Is Form 25 c required to file? when the schedule XIII Complied

If you covered Schedule XIII, and CG approval is required then Form-25A is required to be filed in place of 25C.
If your company has adequate profit or paying remuneration with in limit, then no need to file any form with ROC.
