Is there a time limit for signing financials after filing Form 23B. Say if I file 23B today, can I sign financials next week or do I have to wait for a specific number of days?

Form-23 B is appointment of Auditor for the next financial year if it is appointed in AGM.
Please confirm, auditor is appointed in Board meeting or general meeting.
