05 October 2011 DEAR SIR,

DETAILS IN FORM 23ACA i.e. TO BE FILED WITH MCA FOR P&L ACCOUNT OF COMAPNY, WAS FILLED WRONG IN LAST YEAR.
IS IT REQUIRED TO FILE A REVISED FORM.
WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE & WHAT IS THE TIME LIMIT TO FILE REVISED FORM.

Please further clarify that can we fill right details this year in respect of previous year in Form 23ACA. Or same details as were filled previous year need to be filled this time also?

What about fees. Will MCA charge additional fees for that?
I tried to file but MCA is charging additional fees of Rs. 200. Is it for that?
Plz clarify..

25 July 2024 Yes, MCA charges additional fees for filing a revised form. The current fee for filing Form 23ACA is Rs. 200. This fee is applicable each time you file the form, whether it’s the original submission or a revised submission.
When you encounter the additional fee during the filing process, it is indeed for submitting the revised form to correct the earlier filing errors.
