22 December 2008 Dear sir,

My company is a pvt. ltd. company its AGM held on 29.09.2008. But we have not submitted form 23AC & Form 20B in ROC till date for the f.y. 2007-08. Our authorised share capital Rs. 25 Lacs. What would be the penalty for late e-filling in ROC.

For Form 20B, without late fee - Rs.500
with late fee Rs. 1000 for Authorised Share capital Rs.25 Lacs

For Form 23AC, without late fee - Rs.500 with late fee Rs. 1500 for authorised share capital Rs.25 Lacs

from above link u can calculate the filing fees

the fee would be rs 500 normal + 500 additional both for f-2ob & f-23ac each. so in toto u have to pay normal rs. 1000 n additional fess rs. 1000
