Can anyone please guide me that if any person has filed wrong balance sheet in 23AC if he can file the revised Form 23AC ?

I think,now the MCA not take into account revised Form-23AC & ACA and Form-20B.

29 June 2012 No. Repeated filing is restricted through General circular 5/2010 dated 22/11/2010. The rational behind is ,ROC can't prima facie know in a repeated filing that whether it is due to clerical error or revision of adopted accounts.
