Hello Experts. i have filed form 23 and now it has come under re submission. the message from MCA is
"in the amended MOA & AOA, neither be signed any one of the director or be certifed by the Director. (ii)Statutory returns have filed upto date. No complaint is pending against the company. as per the instruction of ROC, the co. has to furnish auditor certificate for 50% of the revenue from the new business for the proposed name"
Can u Pls tell me what i have to do now?

You have to resubmit the e form attaching the Certified copy of Amended MOA & AOA and attach the certificate as mentioned in the message of ROC.
This certificate is the requirement of name change.
