Dear Experts please help me its urgent
My company is increasing its authorised capital for which purpose we have filled form 23 on 17/10/2013 then some user clarification was sought from MCA we filled form 67 on 21/10/2013 bt the status of that form is still pending for action last date of filling form 5 and form 2 is on or before 26/10/2013 and fee for form 5 is appx 2 crore and in case of delay filling we have to pay a huge amount of additional fee . can we upload form form 5 with the SRN of form 23 without the approval of form 23 . please tell me the way out
