10 July 2013 Dear Experts...
I hav filed Form 21, now whether i hav to cubmit with ROC, the original Court Order or the duplicate one?Please confirm ? Also within how many days i hav to submit the Order?

Filing a copy of the order of the Court/Tribunal with the Registrar of Companies:

A certified copy of the Court/Tribunal's order shall be filed electronically with the Registrar of Companies within 30 days of the receipt of the order in e-form 21 of Companies (Central Government's) General Rules and Forms, 1956 and the Court/Tribunal's shall have no effect until the certified copy is so filed with the Registrar of Companies.

But i am asking that during filing of form 21 a message appear that

"it is an adhoc and temporary filing . the original certified copy of Court order should be submitted with ROC simultaneously failing which this filing will not be considered and legal action will be taken"

whether it means that we hav to submit original court order to ROC? if yes, den in haw many days? whether any time period ?
