WHy the form no 20b is required to file in word format also?what is logic behind it?
if i don't have data regarding share transfer etc what should i mention in it?

e-form 20B cannot and need not be e-filed in word format.

Hi
Section 159 of the Companies Act, 1956 requires company having share capital to File Annual Return as per Schedule V of the Act.
With the introduction of e-form 20B on MCA portal, it is mandatory to attach Annual Return as per Schedule V of the Act with e-form.
