10 January 2014 After filing Form 2, i get required
resubmission with the following error.

"The LLP filed Form 2 attach with subscribers sheet, address proof but NOC not attached.Further Medical Education commercial not permit and require NOC from concerned authority. "

Which two NOCs are Required ?

10 January 2014 it seems that the address given is owned by someone else...so you would require a NOC to be issued by the owner of the property.

With regards to the objection of education, it seems that you are starting something on medical education...so it may require approval/NOC from Medical council of India. If it is not the case, then you should go and meet the concerned ROC official.

13 January 2014 Tanvi with regards to Medical education you need to check whether or not it requires MCA approval. If not, then it would be advisable to meet the ROC officers first.

A standard format may not be relevant here.
