form 2 filling fees if 500/- Rs. for companies having Authorised share capital more than 25 lacs.
I want to know that whether there is any fees or any procedure like stamp fees etc. after filling the form 2.

Hi
Yes, If you are issuing share certificate for which you have filed Form-2 with ROC, it is required to pay stamp duty of issue of shares as per applicable rate in your States.
