16 April 2012 i have got detail by fill in Form 1A for the registration of the company name in pdf file by my friend.i want to do digital signature.

how should do?
is it require to fill again in ROC site by filling form 1A from the pdf sent b my friend.

i do not know how to do

have i to fill again form 1A

Form-1A is filed with ROC in PDF format for obtaining name approval from MCA. all forms and attachment is required to be filed in PDF format.

For submitting such forms it is required to have digital signature of applicant. below mentioned link will provide u details about digital signature. It is a digital mode of signature.

please also update you computer with software given on mca portal.
