ABC Private Limited proposes to file Form 1A for name availability.
Board has passed a resolution on 15.09.12 on the above matter.

Now, in Form 1A, can we attach the Board Resolution dated 15.09.12 and file it.

Will there be any possible query from RoC for Board Resolution is more than 30 days ?
