I have uploaded E-Form 18 on 15.05.2013 but presently the fil;ing status is under WAITING FOR USER CLARIFICATION with the following remarks as under :-
" PLEAE FURNISH COPY OF PROPERTY TAX RECEIPT AND A TITLE SEARCH REPORT BY A COMPETENT LAWYER ".
What does this mean.

i) Land tax receipt and building tax receipt for the financial year 2013-14.
ii) Lawyer's certificate stating the name of the person to whom title of the property is registered in government records.
These two documents has to be electronically filed (e-form 67) so as to complete the e-form 18 filing.
