Form 16 part b can be issued with refund amount

18 June 2013 Dear senior,

Due to some miscalculation, i have deducted little more tds which result it shows a refund amount i.e INR 43/- in form 16 annexure B.

Please advice can we issue such refunded Form 16 to employee.
