Form 16 and 16a

Hi,
My CTC is 5 Lacs and after investments, I did not have any tax and hence no TDS. Will I be getting Form 16 and Form 16A for AY 2011-12 and AY 2012-13.
Where do I get the Form 16, bcoz I have left the Company.

Yes you will get form 16. You will get it from your employer. Just request your employer to give you firm 16.

Form 16 will be issued by your respective employer for the respective period you worked with them.
