Form 16 and 16a

10 December 2013 Hi,

My CTC is 5 Lacs and after investments, I did not have any tax and hence no TDS. Will I be getting Form 16 and Form 16A for AY 2011-12 and AY 2012-13.

Where do I get the Form 16, bcoz I have left the Company.

10 December 2013 Yes you will get form 16. You will get it from your employer. Just request your employer to give you firm 16.
