I want to know that for FY 2010-11 corresponding AY 2011-12 is there any changes in Form 16 A.If yes i need the copy of the revised form in word & excel.
Now it's compulsory to issue Form 16A every quarterly.?If yes i need notification copy.

Yes... forms have changed & quarterly issuance of Form 16a is mandatory
