CAN EVERY COMPANY ISSUE OF FORM 16 TO HIS EMPLOYEE , WHEN EMPLOYEE INCOME NOT TAXABLE IN INCOME TAX . AND TDS LIABILITIES NOT MADE

If the Tax deducted then employer need to issue Form-16, those are not covered under tax and salary below 1.5 laksh per annum form 16aa can be issued
