08 July 2013 I m tax deductor and i have received For 15 H & 15 G for non deduction of Tds on Interest income. Is it necessary to submit all these received Form 15H to Income tax office. if yes then where to submit. And at the time of Tds return it is necessary to provide these information in return.

08 July 2013 Yes u need to send 1 copy of Form 15 h/ G resp wat u rec to the jurisdictional AO and retain 1 copy with u.

U also need to update ur tds return statement.

08 July 2013 The Forms are required to be submitted with your jurisdictional AO or CIT at your local IT department.

Yes the details has to be provided with the reasons of non-deduction of TDS.

08 July 2013 The payer is required to deliver to the CHIEF COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX / COMMISSIONER OF INCOME TAX one copy of the declaration on or before the 7th day of the month next following the month in which declaration is furnished to him/her/them.

Ref:- Rule 29C(3), and its explanation, of the Income tax Rules,1962.
