If goods are imported from china but the payment is made to switzerland on the ground that the supplier is based at switzerland and shipment done by him from china. can it be possible to make payment to switzerland instead of china without making any violation of law.

It is possible to make payment to Switzerland provided the import order is made with the supplier in Switzerland and source of supply is mentioned in the order as from China.
