form 112 pursuing cs & llb along with ca

14 October 2008 pls help me

a friend of mine is having her cs final attempt in dec 2008 she is also pursuimg llb in first year now plus she cleared her peii in this july her llb is regular course and college timing is from 7:10am -12:15 pm she has not yet registered for articles what is the remedy when one needs to submit form 112 and is it compulsory to disclose that she is pursuing cs shouls she quit law screwed??????????????????????

14 October 2008 If a student registers for articled assistant's ship on or after 1-4-2008 he/she shall necessarily inform institute through form 112 if the student is pursuing another course. So if your friend register now with icai, studies of cs should be informed to icai through form 112. But law,as you said,is under regular stream. Consequently articleship and llb studies cannot be done at a time. I leave your last question as unanswered because decision is left to your friend alone.
