03 April 2015 Dear experts i want some doubts to be clarified Please suggest me I joined M'COM last year and now i am in final year and i joined Articleship from OCT this year and i am not taking exams of M'COM final year still i want to submit FORM 112 to ICAI for seeking permission of additional course

03 April 2015 u had filled the form na... then u must take permission.. because u r not giving exams this time ... that u know only.. not icai...

so intimate them by filling form 112

03 April 2015 it should have been submitted within 1 month of joining any additional course while you are undergoing articleship i.e by nov 2014 so now u need to file for condonation of delay application letter along with condonation fees as applicable with form 112
