Apart Form filling Form 109, do we need to write I plain paper regarding transfer of articles if transfer is taken before one year?
Please suggest me urgent

Not required as such.But it is customary for CA's office to give a covering letter.

Before executing form 109 , a request, on any one or more of the grounds for transfer , of an articled assistant on a plain paper with recommendations of the Principal for transfer of article ship accompanied by evidence/proof (self-attested by the articled assistant) should be sent to the Institute and to necessarily get the approval for transfer.

form 109 if downloaded from web site, does NOT require any such permission. If it is collected manually from ICAI office, a letter from CA is required for issuing 109

one copy to be sent to ICAI. You can photocopy as many as you want in addition to ICAI submission.
