hey freinds
there is a single colum for bank a/c no and name. i deposted stiphend in two differetnt banks,,so how can i mention second no and name of bank in this form
plz its urgent ..

I will suggest you to mention both bank name and attach the copy of payment slip for the same as annexure. Please use small font for the same.
