20 March 2012 Respected Sir,

Plz tell me the name in which favour i have to issue Demand Draft in Condonation of Delay in submitting From 108 to office of Institute and Payable at........? I am from Western Region.

And also tell me the last date of submitting the form if i have completed articleship on 19th Feb, 2012. Whether i have to count 30 days or month. If i Count from days basis than it will be 20th March 2012 and from month basis it will be 19th March, 2012, which one is correct?

20 March 2012 I think till now i didn't send your form 108 first you send form 108 however it would be submit by the employer after verification of your form ICAI will impose penalty and send the letter then you take the DD(Details of dd making is also available in that letter) and send it. However this penalty also payable by the employer if delay on grounds of him. The form 108 should be submit with in one month from the date of completion of Articleship thus in your case the due date is 19th March.
