Hello
I have resubmitted E Form-1 for incorporation of company.My problem lies that i opened the old form and removed old AOA and MOA,attached new one with rectification,checked form for any error,Affix digital signature,did prescrutiny and file it directly without closing that file in desktop.
i am confused whether the old file is again submitted?
please help

please check, the Form-filed with ROC which you have saved anywhere in your computer to verify the correctness.
Otherwise wait for ROC action/reply on such form.
