hi to all,
we have to fill the service tax, but we forgot the password, when we try to unlock the account we dont know the hint question and password what to do.
pls help me out this is problem.

write a letter in duplicate on your letter head mentioning that you have forgotten the password and following person is authorised to collect the same. authorised any person, send him to the deptt, submit one copy and get receiving on other. note: attach a copy of st-2 with your application and also don't forget to mention you email id on your apllication, as the password will be sent on your email.
