22 November 2012 FEMA provides that a foreigner may become a director in an Indian company but whether he can become an executive director. if yes then how he will take action in execution of the company's work since he is residing out side india.

Executive director does not means that he resides in India and involve in day to day affairs.

He can operate business from their own country.
