Dear friends
We take consultancy from Germany and for this make a foreign remittance to the consultant. In this time our management holds this payment any reason, but meanwhile I upload a 15 CA form from Income Tax office through Internet. Now we are not paid this payment, so please tell us can I cancel this 15 CA form? If yes what is procedure? & any intimation gives to Income Tax office?

Here you shall need to approach you ITO TDS and appraise him of the situation in writing. ITO TDS can treat the Form 15CA so filed as cancelled/not filed.
