Mr. x NRI US RESIDENT purchsed land in bangalore for rs.1.2 crores in 2007 and the same sold for rs 1.2 crores in march 2010.
what are all the proceedures to be folowed for repatriate the same to US

such remittance would attract capital gain tax first in india on such sale and then only banker will permit its remmitance through form no.A2 to united states .
