07 November 2012 thanks so much for reply, plz let me know that if foreign exchange & earings are given in usd only in the director reports and not anywhere mentioned in the balance sheet/p& l account and notes to accounts of the co. then how will fill this details in the form 23 ac.

It is necessary to show in Notes to account of the Balance Sheet.

On the basis of Balance Sheet you will fill the details in Form-23AC.

Director Report also mentioned the foreign exchange earning and outgoing.
