We have paid IGST to foreign client which office situated in South Africa and they unregistered in GST what will be the procedure. Can we take as reverse charge or we liable for refund this amount. Kindly suggest.

Claim refund of this amount. Furnish letter of undertaking in GST portal no need to pay IGST for export of goods/service.
