dear,
for termination, signature of principal auditor on her/his letter head for issue of 109 form;and then signature on 109 form ....
is both are required (or)downloading of 109 form from net signature on it were sufficiant or not.
this is because the auditor is currently in united states.
I am thought of this because of time constraints.
please help me.

Get a copy of letter by fascimile and submit till original copy of letter cannot be given. Also give letter to ICAI that such reason is there. Then only 109 can be submitted. Good Luck.
