My client is salaried govt. employee his income is around 3 lakh is it compulsory to file return? Plz reply thanks.

yes, it is compulsory to file return as his income is more then basic exemption liimit.
He should file itr 2 if any exempted income is more then 5,000 like HRA etc else file ITR-1.
