For ipcc registration validity

05 August 2013 i have registered my ipcc in march 2010 and i have cleared my 1st group in may 2011. and yet i have not cleared my 2nd group of ipcc. i have appeared my every exam till may 2013.

should i again register for ipcc or not ?
