is food allowence exempt? if yes than upto which limit and if food aallowence and tiffin allowence one and the same

Any payment in the nature of allowance is taxable but if it is provided by the company during the working hours then the same is exempted as allowable expenses in the hands of the company and not in your hand as allowance.
