No, first auditor should be appoint in first board meeting after incorporation of company so no mandatory requirement to mention the name of first auditor in AOA.

HI, I Understand Sir That Its Not Mandatory To mention name But I want To know That, Sir, Whether He Is Name In AOA And Also Get Appoint By BOD.... Than It Is Valid???

The Companies Act, 1956 and also Table A of Schedule 1 has not any provision of deemed auditor as given for director.
I will suggest you, that you can not appoint any person before the registration of company.
