Our Client (Partnership firm situated in kerala) has been registered with E groop. but they have lost their online User ID and password. is there any way to recover the same?

1. Firm registration number/year is the id and password by default.
2. If password is changed, seek the help of IG of Registration, Thiruvananthapuram.
