Some of the softwares, generally used by MNC includes, SAP & Peoplesoft . Generally medium size or small firms use other softwares like Tally, Busy etc.
In order to view a good career in an MNC, SAP knowledge will help you a lot.

IN MY OPINION KNOWLEDGE OF ERP AND SAP IS BECOMING ESSENTIAL. APART FROM THAT TALLY IS ALSO A MUST.
