hello
i have cleared IPCC-I in nov 2012 and i havent cleared my group-ii. i would like to ask till when i should clear my group-ii to get eligible for final nov 2015 exams. If i clear my group-ii in may 2015 can i appear in nov 2015 final exams..

may 15 and then immediately register for CA Finals.

yes you can...but as I said provided you register for CA finals immediately after clearing IPCC
