27 April 2011 on 4/1/2011 i have started my business as service provider.we are two partner in our firm.
1.is we are liable to file return.
2.if yes, which file is to be used in filling return.
3.we are not in tax bracket,is pertners are also lible to file return from other than firm.

27 April 2011 1. The firm is liable to file return for AY 2011-12 whether there is any profit or not.

2. ITR 5

3. If the Gross Total Income of partners do not exceed the minimum liable to tax then there is no need to file income tax return.
