21 October 2013 Please let me confirm whether an Individual can be filed online the ST-3 for the period from April,2013 to Sept,2013 without payment of ST dues either fully or partly & the same can be paid along with Interest in next quarter/half yearly period ended 31.12.2013/ 31.03.2014.
