Experts please advise whether an accounts and tax consultants who is not a CA can file return under 44AD. My understanding of 44AD is since tax consultants is not a professional, so can file return under 44AD. Please advise my understanding is correct or not?

Refer section 44AA : Every person carrying on legal, medical, engineering or architectural profession or the profession of accountancy............. 44AD refers section 44AA for the meaning of professionals. And 44AA says as said above. So? Accounts and tax consultant is Professional.
