This discussion addresses how to file an Income Tax return for FY 2021-22 when an individual has salary income from a company that has not remitted TDS, alongside other income. The advice suggests filing the return with the declared income and TDS, even if not reflected in Form 26AS. While a refund might not be immediate due to the employer's non-compliance, filing correctly is crucial for future claims and tax liability assessment.

You won't be able to get any TDS refund because the company has not filed its TDS return.
File your ITR with income and TDS claim.
Since your total income will be less than Rs. 5 Lacs, you will not be required to pay any tax. However, you will not get your refund till the time your employer files the TDS return.
